Registration Tutorial

Welcome to the University of Lusaka. This guide walks you through student registration with clear steps and screenshots.


1. Access the UNILUS Portal

1.1 Navigate to the Website

  • Open your browser and go to www.unilus.ac.zm or search UNILUS in Google/Bing.
    The official site appears within the top six results.

2. Open the Student Portal

  1. Click Portal in the header.
  2. Select Students from the dropdown.

3. Authenticate

3.1 Login

  1. Enter your Student Number (as per your acceptance letter).
  2. Enter your Password (created during account setup).

::: note If you’re new or forgot your password, use Reset Password below. :::

3.2 Reset Password (If Needed)

  1. Select Account Type: Student
  2. Enter your Student Number, click Send
  3. Check your registered email for the reset link
  4. Follow the link, set a new password (min. 6 characters), then click Login

4. Course Registration

4.3 Registration Steps

  1. Complete any missing Sponsor Information
  2. Click Course Registrations to expand your course list
  3. Review courses and click Submit Registration

  1. Review the Confirmation Page showing your fees

  1. If you’ve paid ≥ 50 % of your fees, click Yes to finalize.
    Otherwise, proceed with Online Payment.

::: tip You must pay at least 50 % of your fees to confirm registration. :::
